AD2SF Presents: Putting “Your” Diversity into Action! Wednesday, 1.22.13
Although many things have changed in the advertising and marketing, the percentage of minorities working in this industry continues to be notably low. While the industry has made some efforts to recruit minority employees for more entry-level positions, it has struggled to retain that talent at the executive level.
AD2SF is thrilled to continue our new diversity initiative by hosting a panel discussion with insight on the best ways of Putting “Your” Diversity into Action within the Advertising Industry.
Keep in mind that the concept of Diversity encompasses dimensions of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, age, physical abilities, religious beliefs, political beliefs, or other ideologies..
